On the verge of despair, Aya finds a crystal that transforms her into a magical girl. Fortunately, she remains optimistic and hopeful while befriending and learning the troubles of many other magical girls, including one named Shizuko Ayumi. With her new allies and abilities, Aya starts a liberation campaign against the Anti-Magic Faction to break down the walls leading her and her friends to a new life.
