okaaay so obviously I suck with washable off brand markers xDD;;

This just shows me i need to work on making things not so 'cutsey' and I definatley need to work on my sharper edges n such, coloring will come later, Ill tackle lineart first. >.>the fin in the center was a pain in the butt too cuz i forgot about it at first and had to white it out >.> thats why it looks crappy...
Critique is appreciated but Im not looking for whats wrong with the koi, I want to know what im missing from the tattoo style.
From what I have seen tattoo artist all have their own style, but just like anime their are unwritten rules, like in anime, big eyes, flowing lines, simple detail. I think tattooing is the opposite, more realistic, lots of various lines, and alot of detail.

and to everyone, thanks for putting up with me on practicing my tattoos, im sure some people would rather me stick to what I always draw, but sometimes I need a brake, and this adventure may make me better in the end, whether I become good enough to be a tattoo artist or not.

I think this one is amazing, even better than the last. Goes to show how helpful some practice can be. 
Crit.. The scales by the head that stick out look sort of off, and the lines could be neater. Crit's hard to come by, though. XD (though I guess crit can be bot "me likey" and "you changey", so...)

Actually they are ancestors of the dinosaurs, and are little little, (rather scaly) Lizards, with little spikes.

Try using coloured pencils and blending rather than solid colour.But a good job and keep it up....Jonny

yeah, seriously, though. i think your style is something that would be sought after. you don't really see any tattoo artists do anything like what you do. you should go for it.
