Slightly late halloween Noctavis! This one has special tail feathers with eyes that have a transparent sclera. I wanted to make them look like they were drawn on with a silver pen for aesthetics! This will just be a halloween trait for now~
The design is a bit different, but I hope he finds a good home nonetheless!

this kid may be a little different, but he is ,,, so pretty. this shade of orange works so well with the design and im also in love w the idea of the shimmery tail feathers with the transparent sclera ,,, i feel like there's a lot of good character concepts you could go with him. good luck to the bidders!
