Yup! Minus probably the buttons, it's pretty much dead on <3
The wig was from CosplayWig on ebay that was cut a little in the back and dyed a little more golden with Copic markers

and i already asked someone but i would like to ask again- how can i make this fat eyebrows? XD i have blond pale brows and my mom said that putting make up will be bad idea, suggestions?

I can't... seem to find the wig on their shop 
but I'd simply suggest black mascara over your eyebrows. You don't have to draw anything extra (unless you have very thin brows, then lightly line around the shape in black eyeliner) because it'll look really cartoony. Black eyebrows with a blonde wig are pretty outlandish enough XD

*points to rogueymu* That's the uniform <3 He seems kind of hit or miss... She had a rather terrible experience with the guy but I chatted with him a bit about my school and he was absolutely darling about the whole process.
The wig was a Naruto wig from CosplayWig on eBay, chopped up and dyed with a copic marker :3 The belt is a 1960s relic XD
