Celeste just beams with life in this drawing!

Every single line seems to float like water. The blurry edge at the bottom of the page recalls Victorian-era portait photograph. In fact, I can just imagine this being framed by an oval border.

Okay, now that that's over with, it's time to get critical (brace yourself); first off, Celeste's hair looks a little flat. Some well-defined cel shading would have sufficed to give the hair more from.

Secondly, it has to be said that the "scratchy" is a little too distracting for my liking. What's it meant to suggest?

Still, I'm quite enamoured of Celeste's sweetness in this portrait.

youre more than right in the hair.. it does really look flat, thanks for the advice!~

as for the scratchy part, i quite dont understand what you mean. is it the white "icy" borders what you're talking about?

oh my goodness Shik! This is such a wonderful surprise! Celeste looks AMAZING! I love the way you've drawn her!! And that warm yellow gleam she has, it is just beautiful!
