Normally I'm not a faithful watcher of AT, but tumblr blew up about this one and AH GAWD IT HURTS.

I love the contrast of "Simon" and Marceline's expressions. Thanks to him, Marceline is able to look like everything's normal, while he looks so sad because he knows what's going on...

His expression just just kill me, that he knows he can't be there for her. This episode hit hard and I felt so bad for both of them. I had one relative slip away like that and I'm seeing someone else start the decline. Nothing prepares you for that moment when they don't recognize you.
