BreakingA Strong Surface,
A Smooth Surface...
After years of Deceit,
Lies and Fake Smiles...
After All those Small Cracks,
It was no longer Deniable...
The Breaking was Always Coming,
Inevitable as Death...
Knowing from the Beginning,
Knowing It can't be Avoided...
Running and Hiding,
Ignoring and Faking...
It came without a Sound,
Sneaking through the Cracks...
Connecting all of Them,
Until They started to Fall...
And when the Surface breaks,
The Rot starts to show...
The Boiling hate in all it's Glory,
The Pestering Voices of the Past...
It's the Volcano of Sickness,
And all this Time it was Dormant...
Consuming the Soul from under the Surface,
And now, Finally getting a Chance to Erupt...
So Shatter the Last Hopes,
Destroy all Dreams...
This Time Bomb is Seconds from Going,
And when It does, You'd better not be near...

At a distance, I was immediately reminded of a dark Alice in Wonderland...Very nice. The small details in the background can look like smaller shatters...or blood clots...
