Indeed, the colors are quite wonderful, especially with the hair and the lips. I also like the reflection on the eyes-makes it all the more realistic. The contrast between the background and the lightones on the face really makes the image pop out. Huzzah.
However, the nose looks flat compared to the rest of the image. I'm not sure if that was intentional, but if it wasn't, I do have an idea as to help. Adding some darker colors along the bridge of the nose enhances the 3-D form of the face. Or, if image needs to keep the contrast, add some lighter colors to the bridge of the nose. If necessary, find refference. Both ideas could work too.
In conclusion, this is a picture with some really nice colors but could use some work form. Lovely.

Thanks. The hair and eye maek-up are each about 10-15 layers of coloured pencil. I spent about three times as much time colouring it as I did drawing it.
