Happy Valentine's Day, everyone! I hope you all had a great day and spent some time with the people you care about! <3 This is my contest entry for the Valentine's Day Event in the group! The journal can be found right here: Celebrating Love! - Valentine's Day Event (CLOSED)[17/2/19] So apparently someone took the opportunity and submitted a bunch of "Chans" (eugh) stuff in out Valentine's Day Event folder since the submissions to it were automatically accepted. I think that's as good a sign as any that it's time to close the folder. If anyone else has an entry for this, leave a comment with it on this journal and we'll add it ourselves. Otherwise, consider this contest closed.Thank you to everyone who entered!
[15/2/19] There was an influx of entries yesterday, which is great (I'm guessing people waited until the actual Valentine's day to submit theirs, which is fair)! I'd still like to know if anyone wants a deadline extention- we'll be keeping this open for another day or two, but let us know if you need more time! It's been a while since we've had an event of any kind a
I had a lot of fun drawing this! When I saw the contest, I knew that I was going to draw something with Chara and Asriel, and I also decided to draw them in Waterfall because I need more practice with drawing backgrounds, and Waterfall's the only area that I know how to draw well, ha ha. Plus it's probably my favorite area in Undertale. Anyway, for once I'm actually pretty satisfied with how the background turned out; I think I'm improving. ^^ Overall, I like how the drawing turned out. This is technically my first complete (with shading and a background) artwork that I've done in 2019, so yay me! It only took me two and a half months! XD I also have a speedpaint to go along with this for the first time in forever! I found some new recording software (XSplit Broadcaster) that works better than OBS (it makes Medibang lag less), so I can make speedpaints more often! I'm pretty happy about that. ^^

I really love how you made the background here. The spacing is neat and you fit things perfectly. The shading is great too and I love how you made the clouds and waterfall streaming down wonderfully. Also love the glow of the echoe flowers, so well done for that one too~ And of course the proportions on Chara and Asriel are great :3

As for me, I've just been watching A series of Unfortunate Events and man its really sad. But guess aside from that just been watching pokemon and planning to upload some tradition undertale/pokemon stuff.

Well I'm just slowly finishing up that surprise gift for you. It's not an icon but just a traditional drawing. But I'm thinking of making an icon for you too cause.. well I wanna show my love you as your big net sis. ^^ Not sure if I'll make it digital or traditional, but we'll see.
I know.. I can sometimes get a little too clingy but that's just how I show my love because you're my family. I may be a bit edgy sometimes, hardly feeling anything.. but I try to show I care when I do. 'I smile warmly, giving you a hug'

This is awesome!!! I Love the effect of the echo flowers giving off light, its just so beautiful. I honestly like Waterfall myself as well, the music is just so chill and the color scheme relaxing. Chara and Azzie look wonderful as well. Such cute BFF's or best Sibbies, or however one chooses to view them. Plus I like seeing Chara shown in a more friendly light. Makes a nice and slightly sad contrast! I'm glad this game still gets fanlove. Good show!
