Description
Here's one of the first combat unit descriptions to show up in my book, The Protectorate Wars.This is a typical soldier in the Urvanian Union military, before the region collapsed into the now war torn Urvanian Territories.
He isn't equipped with a myosuit, but overall armor coverage is good, and the helmet provides an environmental seal from gasses.
The shoulder mounted device is a targeting computer than can identify and provide ballistic calculations for targets, and also streams this data to all squad mates.

You canβt win wars just with tech. Iβm guessing, after reading the description, most Union soldiers are harden veterans with tricks up their sleeves.

Hehe, actually they lose the war, as it is a peoples war for independence. A lot of Union troops defect, and some take vehicles/mechs with them too.

Without myosuit that armor might be quite heavy.
Does it offer any other form of strength enhancement or servo assist?
The target computer is a nice detail, i imagine those infos are invaluable when there is mortar or even artillery support available.
Or at least some dudes with grenade launchers.
