Those are some hot boots. This is a great design, though it doesn't look very 'sailor senshi' to me. Something seems to be missing.

I have to agree-- it's the bodice being attached to the skirt and being pale green I think? It just looks more like a dress rather than a scout costume. But the owner was happy with it, so I am as well!
