This looks great! Your male anatomy is just... it's really amazing and so accurate! All the packs and the muscles are really well. Particularly his arms! And it's coloured very well, your traditional colouring is just WOW as always!! The skin, and his pants and hair! His hair especially looks amazing, you did the streaks so well, they don't look out of place at all, matching his hair really well! Not to mention how shiiiiny it looks!

And apart from the blush, I really love his expression too! He looks a bit nervous, a bit embarrassed, but so sweet! And I really love his eyes, they're really nice!

The muscle anatomy is great. You're lucky; not many anime artists master drawing muscles on men.
However, his right shoulder (your left) looks a little weird and it's a bit hard to tell where that arm seeing as it's not visible to the viewer. The left upper bicep shouldn't curve in so drastically when it goes towards the arm itself. The body shading is a little sketchy. His eyebrows are on the thin side and that's not good considering he's a male. His skin is very static; it's one color except for the shading. No-one has just one-toned skin and you can see it up close. There're undertones and overtones. For him to be a volcanic earth mage with fair skin, I'd recommend olive and peachy undertones for his skin 
His hair. First, the shine coming off of his hair (I mean the brown parts towards the back that spike up) is very.....static and stiff; the light can't hit it in just one place. And the hair itself, I'm assuming is spiky or slicked back, shouldn't be texturized so stiffly. The inking on the hair (bangs) keeps the coloring from looking organic. Try using just colored pencils for the hair....and a blender for the shine that comes off of it.
Work on those few areas and you'll be just fine; you have a good grip on anatomy. Overall, nice picture.

The scanner raped all the colours of it since its traditional. And you may know how the REAL traditional art looks like but after it is scanned, it looks VERY different from the real one

The muscle anatomy is top-notch. I love his shyness too, makes him seem strong and soft, kind of makes me feel like hugging him. Well done. ^^
