Here is a collage of 15-20 minute sketches I did at one of the late-night drawing salons entitled "Turkish Delights III: Sahara Nights" hosted by the Gallery Girls. ([link] )Didn't know what to expect, but for my first time -- I gotta say, it was wicked awesome. Personally, I think life drawing is so much more fun when there are props and costumes involved. And, you can double that fun with the addition of Hookah and Alcohol.
If you're in the LA area, I highly recommend it! Considering my rusty-ness, I was fairly happy with my outcomes, and I figured it was about time I get back on the ball with posting. So, I hope you enjoy!
(And yes, that model was actually posing with a live snake.)
