u might need to download if u're gonna use this. another guy base from Tokyo Mew Mew, but i know him as Elliot. sorry if the hands look like crap, but they'll be covered by hair. enjoy the bases i have submitted so far until i'm able to post more. the rules r on the pic in plain sight, please read the rules! i can't stress that enough.

if u come here & flame me for making a base out of a pic & considering it stealing or other crap, don't even go there! bases r for ppl who can't draw worth crap or don't have scanners, etc. i don't steal, i don't claim the original pic as mine. i did this out of complete boredom & there's a chance i might make another one. the reason i should get credit is becuz making a base takes time & effort to make it look good. it doesn't take ten seconds to make & i don't think i know any base that does take ten seconds to make. any rude comments/remaks u have, i'd appreciate it greatly if u keep it to yourself. the moment u stop acting like a human being, we're through!

sorry if i sound kinda rude in that part, but the flaming for making bases is kinda going around & it happened to my friend who's taking up base making. this is for ppl who might flame me for whatever reason about the base i made. i don't tolerate flamers/haters.
