Just for the record, there are several levels of anthropomorphism. Most cartoons use at least a little of anthropomorphism to make their characters more appealing to the audience, from Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny, My Little Pony, Sponge Bob and so on. And its not only on cartoons, a lot of products use anthropomorphized animals on their covers and for promotion.
I've noticed a lot of people use anthro only to address drawings like this one, where a more human proportion and shape is used. And its okay as long as its not meant to be offensive, but its important to let people know what anthropomorphism really is.
