I love how you make the wings and dress swirl in motion. The expression on the face is almost odd however... kind of like "I offer you this gift, do you not want it? What is wrong with you? Are you okay? You seem not well."

The composition of this really caught my eye. The foreshortening really draws the viewer in, and you keep the flow of the picture moving with those wings and the gown. I also really like the pastel colors you chose. I agree, though, that this would be vastly improved if you spent more time and care on it. You should definitely come back to it for improvement later.

Wow, this picture is so beautiful. Let me start off with the coloring and shading. The shading is simple, as in most anime. But, the choice of colors that adhere to the light hue of the picture is marvelous. You've really got to love this one.
What also caught my eye is the perspective that this picture is in, and the character's pose. The combonation of the placement of the anime character AND the pose of the anime character really makes the picture dynamic. You couldn't help but look at the character and say "Wow".
Also, note the little added bonuses in the composition--The light flash in the character's hands, and the light behind it. It enhances the picture, but also adds a sense of divinity in the composition! And let's not skip over the detail of the clothes and the wings. They are magnificantly done, and they add to the divinity of the picture.
