So...it's Ness from the game EarthBound, doing some PSI Rockin', a default name for his unique PSI power. I'm a nerd. Oh lawd.

I don't mind if anyone (for who know what reason) wants to use this as an AIM icon or something, just be a good person or Ronald McDonald will get you. He stalks...in the night.
