Umm. This isn't really how you oto... you're supposed to put the red line directly in between the consonant and the vowel every time, and the overlap varies by the consonant, but for "sh", it's supposed to be halfway over the consonant.
The overlap is supposed to help fix this problem, and cutting the consonant if it's too long can also help.

In some of Olivia's notes, the consonant is completely cut off in the oto. :/ All UTAUs need their oto like that for it to sound right. The red line makes sure the consonant plays before the note so it doesn't sound off time. But alright.
