well I hope I can explain it^^°
You have to download them in a folder on your computer.
Then you click the right mousebutton and extract them.
after that you open photoshop and put the brushes in.

I hope you understand it.

You have to click on the icon which you downloaded with the right mousebutton.
There should be the order extract.

For the rest I have to look on windows. It's while ago since i put new brushes in photoshop.
I'll answer soon.

Okay^^
After you've opened Photoshop you have to choose the brush.
Under the row of file and so on there's another row and an icon of your brush.
You have to click the arrow that show below. And all the brushes you have will open.
At the upper right there are two arrows that look right, click on those.
And than you have to click brush load or something (I don't know how does it call in the english Photoshop version.)
After that you just have to search the file you downloaded and put it in.
I hope it'll work and you understand what I said^^°
