This doesn't go for all sea/ocean/dark/deep water fearers, this is for the few that put up with it enough to get in a bit. I have to, my parents drag me out. But what I say it (because I don't go out far without a boogie board or floaties) that if you don't touch the bottom after you can't see it anymore, if you keep floating, nothing will get you. No sea monsters, no nothing that would come from the bottom and suck you under.It's illogical.
and I forget that there are other things, but it makes sense to the point where I can swim to the point where I remember not all things dangerous live under the sand.
here is 2D, going by my rule.

It kinda reminds me of when I was little: as long as I didn't open my eyes, the "monsters" that lived under my bed couldn't get me. owo I would be safe.

Only my thing was like, keep my back to my wall, curtains drawn,
eyes on the outside world, I can see them before their coming. and if
I laid perfectly flat, they'd NEVER KNOW I WAS THERE.
They'd think "oh, she isn't there. lets go."xDD
I don't need a nightlight anymore, but I can't go by windows that are open at night. xD
Or have curtains open.
I get so scared I lay real tight to my bed and don't move.

My boyfriend does the same thing! He hates water, which sucks cause I love the beach. I literally had to carry him out into the ocean once just to show him he wouldn't get eaten by a fricken shark. XD Vey cute pic! 2D's expression is adorable, and the little floaties are a nice touch. Great job on the anatomy too!
