That's the fusion of (Shiny and Mega) Gardevoir and (Shiny) Gothitelle. The result is a powerful Psychic (so chic) Pokemon (I really believe it's a lady, not a male XD) which has the abilities of Mega Gardevoir and Gothitelle togheter... Such as a Legendary

with a combination of reshiram the pokemon of yang/good, cresselia the pokemon of light and purity and xerneas the pokemon of life it will be an awesome fusion of dragon fairy psychic and would be considered the good pure side of life dragon
