I decided to feature the Korean War, because I kind of thing that has elements of all the things that happened in the century. The Korean War is the first military action of the cold war, also is really tied with both world wars, the imperialism boosted by the technological advances, and a large etc.

I decided to draw South Korea (which is canon, not like north Korea) as one of the civilian, which are the most severe affected part of any war. I decided to draw him as one of the many refugees from the north that made a massive exile to the south.
