Huang is Jun's little brother by six years. He is currently in control of the Triads. Despite all the trouble that Jun has caused in the past (especially when she "broke away" from their family), he still relies on her and doesn't hate her as much as he should.He has control over ice and usually likes freezing things around base, which is what he does when he's pissed.
