This is the pattern for the front part of the corset armor from my Athena - Saint Seiya cosplay. All the info you need are on the picture.Good luck and let me know if you find it useful.

The afmor is made out of craft foam (most of it) and some parts are vacuum formed (the shoulder pads, the hips armor, the helmet), using HIPS. PVC works, too.
