My entry for topic#3 [Power of Magic] on our bi-weekly FB art challenge group. (But the topic starter said it could be anything that goes with light effect or pewpewpew,so I put a lot of glowing objects in here,and sea angels too!)I took the idea from my friend's joking about the phrase "Beauty from the Inside Out" that if you eat lots of healthy food you could have err... nice-looking internal organs,like beautiful liver,cute intestine and so on... lolwut...

Your concept here is absolutely original and pleasing to view. Your colours mix well together, and it is clear that you have high technical skill and imagination.
My suggestions are slight : Watch where separate lines run parallel. For example, where the thumb runs so closely to the shoulder that you lose a bit of separation between forms, especially since the hand has a lot of motion and is connected to an eye path for the viewer; the straw. This happens again with the other straw, which end runs right parallel to the brown goo in the top left corner, making them look connected when I perceive they are not supposed to be. My final suggestion is with the bright light you have in the bottom foreground. Adjusting this is up to you, but it is so bright that it distracts the eyes and draws it to itself, instead of to the face and body of your character. Perhaps adjust it's intensity, or maybe balance it with another up to the top of the image... what I mean to say is creating another eye flow path with the light that guides the eye around the image, instead of just to the bottom. That's it!
More compliments to wrap this up : You did an excellent job interpreting the phrase your friend said, and you created a strange, fantasy landscape which whimsically encompasses your appealing character. Your textures and line work are stylized in a positive way, which makes the viewer curious to see more of your work. Excellent job! I will add this to my favourites, and good luck with everything!

I must admit that I often lost track of picture's depth/dimension whenever I focused too much on composition. Very extraterrestrial. Love the coloring techniques and drawing design. Though scientifically I don't think eating healthy ends with heart, stomach and bowels. It include lungs, pancreas, nerves, circulation, etc.
But I think that would pollute to much from the message of this piece.

Wowsers, is she pretty! This picture is oozing pastel colors, which makes it absolutely appealing. It's a cool concept, which I wish was real. I also love the little gummie creatures. Are those her wings behind her?

Let's see,I always pay attenion to composition and colors first,I start with one or two colors then try adding/adjusting more colors til I'm satisfied. Then I try to add something that lead the eye to the interest point of the picture,Well I'm not a pro but hope this will help,thank you!
