I think this is the best piece you have done. The orange outlining highlighting the light source is beautifully done, as is the lighting in general. The faces are expressive and have character. The composition, with the size and positioning of the boys, and surrounding them with the yellow police tape, is excellent.

The one thing you may want to consider in future works is some shadow would be naturally cast by the boys. Whenever you place a "directional" light source, some shadow will be created, even when diffused by fog or smoke.

Great work. This is my new favorite.
