I know, I know! This is my second time drawing him out, and my previous time turned out good, but I found a few mistakes to it, and I couldn't resist improving on it! I gave it some extra proportions by adding the inner glow to make it react with the background! I also noticed that the previous time he was drawn a tad short! A few improvements were made just to make sure that no mistakes were made! Here's my previous version in case if you like to compare: [link]EDIT: I just couldn't resist on making improvements here because I had a feeling that something(s) was/were missing here.

Did u draw Slash Beast? His Twin Slasher is similar to Charlie's(Street Fighter Alpha) Flash Kick while his dash punch is a combination of Psylocke's(X-MEN)Psy-Thrust and Balrog's(Street Fighter) Gigaton Blow.
