Oh cool you fixed him! I was quite annoyed that Classics Grimlock doesn't look like Grimlock. I mean they even gave him red eyes like a Decepticon. This looks much better.

I should add that the paint job is awesome, too, since I would imagine you did that whether you bought it or not.

Thanks for liking Grimmy! This was actually the Transformers Classics version of Grimlock. He had a funky looking weapons harness and a really dull and bland paint job. I removed the weird thing and repainted him head to toe. I then used various Roadbots piece to make his ssword and shield and also gave them the shiney treatment. I tried making him look nice and grimey since grimlock probly wouldn't careabout keeping clean!
