Description

After my mr. Baron piece, here’s another, better known Lupin III villain; Pycal ! A criminal con-man and a magician, with many different tricks up his sleeve (literally). The character was lucky enough to be adapted twice in anime form, the first time being in an episode of the first TV series and the second in a rather infamous OVA where he comes back with actual powers.
I based my version on his original appearence in the seventh chapter of the manga. He wore a big trendy scarf instead of the more traditional tie.
