He's Ronald Knox from the anime Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler). He's in season 2 for a couple of episodes. He has a very similar personality and appearance to Alfred, so I made the poster. "Sutcliff-Senpai" is another character in the anime whose name I used in place of China for the picture haha.

That'd be awesome xD Thought I doubt it. Kuroshitsuji dubs ALWAYS suck. I was so dissappointed. Especially in Lau's voice. And Grell's.... Oh GOD fear what they'll o to Alois.
