I know many people dislike white as a backdrop, but as you turned her dress into the night sky, I think it perfectly fine to do that, though if you choose otherwise, maybe soft yellows/pinks for the dawn and dusk.
Also, I can see the design of the dress quite clearly, even from the perspective. It must be like she's in the heavens, darkening them as she walks across the sky as she looks down upon the people.
I think I'm giving this too much thought.
