Looks to me like she is floating above the floor. Might want to check where the floor is in that pic.

She is on the floor, but it looks like the light set that I am using is having a problem using the raytracing shadows.ย So, I switched to shadow map and that seems to work.

Obj wouldn't help much with this model. There are morphs build into this, which Obj wouldn't export with.
