I can't say want to as I haven't really followed RWBY yet? But, I do feel their designs and some elementsΒ fit with my intentions for Kirigakure.

My opinion is that while the semblance work as a bloodline ability, i just find they weapons and characters not realy fitting in the Naruto verse.
And frankly I tried to get into some RWBY Naruto crossover and found it not really mixing well together.

Well, I be changing up some of the mechanics to make it a better fit. But, I understand what you mean about some of the weapons particularly since they tend to have projectile forms. But, I believe I can make it work. As to the characters well, before I can get a more accurate picture I do need to start following the series some. I will start doing so before they are set to appear.

Well as I stated before I am not a huge NarutoxRWBY fan, but I would swallow this, and probaply skip the lemon featuring them, but I respect you decision if you want to add them and I am sure you would find a way to make it work, somehow.
It is the same as I once complained or said about your idea to give Minatos Harem from Sekirei to Naruto, it is the same feeling I have there. You know what I wanted to say. (Even when RWBY has no harem at all), but you added Mina and well I got used to it, but still is a 'meh' pairing for me.
And now I am rambling and stop there.
And to the weapons, I also think the mecha shifting ability and the high technological advantages of most weapons would have in comparison what is usually used in Naruto (I could have forgoten some that where mentioned in the movies or fillers)

Well, I don't really consider what I do to be true crossovers. To me, a crossover acknowledges elements from both series. However, everything in my story is told solely from the perspective of the Naruto world. The rulesΒ that are applied are those from Naruto. This is why I do carefully pick what characters appear and what don't. They have to feel like they could be a part of the world.Β Therefore, they are simply OC characters that I borrow preexisting templates for. This helps the people reading visualize it better, and also adds in a built in caring factor in a sense.
To me, it is no different then what I did with the Bijuu. They are characters from the Naruto world with different skins applied.
