The Extinct pokemonGhost type
Ability: Undying love
Hidden Ability: Love lock*
Evolves into Aozloan Milotic when leveled up holding prism scale.
Undying love*- When the pokemon with this ability faints due to damage from a move that makes contact, the attacker will lose 10 percent of its hp for five turns
Hexing bind*- When a Pokémon with this Ability is hit by a move that makes contact, the pokemon will bind itself with the attacker laying a curse on the attacker. Ghost type pokemon are not affected.

supposedly there was a strange decaying serpent found in new zealand a long time ago and thats the inspiration since milotic is partly based on sea serpents. So the lore i had in my head is that these milotic were hunted to extinction and but their soul came back to body to haunt people.
