In celebration of Pokemon Black and White's release in Japan.When Emonga was revealed I wanted to do this parody as we finally get a flying squirrel Pokemon. (It wouldn't look right using a plain ol' squirrel like Pachirisu). At first I wanted to use Stantler for Bullwinkle but I then decided to make it as 5th gen related as possible. Didn't stop me from using Solrock as the sun.
In case you are not familiar from what exactly this picture is spoofing: [link] It has the Simpson parody in that clip too.
I had no idea what to title this so I settled with "Mebukijika and Emonga " to reference how the show's antagonists referenced Rocky and Bullwinkle as "Moose and Squirrel".

Yeah that could have been a pretty good idea. Not sure I I will update with a Sunflora though but seeing some coloring errors on this piece makes me want to correct those at least.

I like Wottor2 (I disliked its original form and I hate the final evo, so guess who is going to carry an Everstone?) Also I like Shimama's evo. But yeah I still like Shimama.

The only ones I can say I actively dislike are all the non-legendary Psychic types (except for the bat and Hihidaruma's Daruma Mode) and the Fighting type legendaries. I don't really like those Tornado legendaries either but I think most of that is the fact that they didn't even try to give them different sprites. Perhaps when I see them in action they'll be a little better.
I seem to really like a lot of the Steel types this time--Gear family, the ant (still wished we had a Bug/Fire fire ant instead but oh well), the blue bug that steals the other one's armor. I also like the vulture and that Meloetta legendary.

Yeah I know. I collect DVD boxsets of old shows like Animaniacs, back when cartoons were well written. Not to say there are no exceptions in recent times.

Yeah, I heard. Seems they are finally adding a lot more variety to the type combos. Still doesn't stop them from adding yet another fire/fighting starter.
