Link and his wolf form from the new Zelda game! I'm so excited about it coming out that I just had to draw something related to it, lol. It's a fan cel, on acetate, the first one I've done in a long time. Unfortunately there are quite a few flaws on the cel, some from me rushing, some from where my paints have discoloured or smeared. Since I haven't painted in a while, my cel paints are getting old and either going tacky, or else very runny, which sucks. So this may be the last cel for a while!Not sure how much I like the background, it was just a cheap fix using a scrap book page. I may get around to painting a proper one, maybe not, we'll see!

It looks SO cool, Cel shading is one of my favourite techniques. I absolutely love it and I don't think it looks rushed.

I mean this in the best possible way, but the cel art style used here reminds me a lot of the Zelda cartoon.

LOL, thanks! It'd be awesome if there was a new Zelda cartoon, but considering there's something like 30-60 cels per second of animation, I don't think I'm up for the challenge!

Yeah, it would take a LONG time to do. Make it a side project, something you do when there is nothing else to do. Who knows, Nintendo might discover it and like it
