For one of my Art history classes this semester at Uni I had to replicate a piece of a Japanese painter. I decided on doing Utagawa Kuniyoshi's "Cats Enjoying Cool Air ". Both me and a friend of mine convinced our professor to allow us to do pixel art instead of actual painting, surprisingly she agreed to it. I spent way too long working on this thing... I think around 10-15 hours went into making this thing, it was so tedious :l But I love the result.Made using Graphics Gale. Click here for the process

What I REALLY want, though, again if you don't mind, is to scrounge up the money to get this masterpiece printed out on a scroll and hung up on my wall. When this times comes and if you're alright with me printing this out to be hung on my wall, I'd like to send you some monies. You made this piece that I've fallen in love with, I don't want some printer company making a profit from it instead, you deserve the cash bro.

I would love to do that myself too. My dad and I are actually gonna get a really nice 24'' or 36'' printer. I'm thinking of doing different pieces like this and printing them out and selling them xD Someone else suggested tshirts, that could work too!
