So my fanily and I are currently on vacation in Asheville and last night we visited Helen’s Bridge. We took some pictures and my dad started telling us the story of the bridge. Apparently a woman named Helen hung herself at the bridge when her daughter died in a house fire and the bridge is supposed to be haunted by the spirit of Helen. My dad also said that if you say her name out loud near the bridge that Helen will keep your car from starting. Well my mom was skeptical and said her name outloud several times. When we started heading back to the car, the hood of our car suddenly popped open. We were a bit freaked out but my dad closed the hood and told us we were probably just being paranoid. When we got into the car however, it wouldn’t start. My dad had to mess with the car for 15 minutes until it would finally start. We drove away and now we can look back and laugh at it but it still scared us nonetheless. Even my dad was spooked and he normally doesn’t believe in this stuff similar to my mom.Related content

i always say "is better belived, rather than discover something you don't wana know"
i belived in ghost, where i live there was an old house, it was alredy breaking apart, but my mom says that things happend there, and last year, new neighbors rebuild the thing to be an hotel, so far, the only accident was a man getting food intoxicating.
