This is my interpretation of the characters. Do NOT take anything I say as canon.

Sammy has always been a rather strange man. Although he was well liked by some of the younger workers, some even calling him their "At-Work Grandpa", he still had a somewhat sinister vibe coming from. Some who knew him better, like Joey, knew he had schizophrenia. He had trouble deciphering reality from fantasy and would get strange hallucinations every now and again. Everything was very black and white for him. When Joey created Bendy and the others using the ink machine, Sammy's mind had trouble comprehending this. Eventually he convinced himself that Bendy was a deity and that he was brought this world to "set them free". He would bring Bendy gifts or "offerings", started calling him "lord" and basically worshipped him. He would even go into "bad touch" territory with Bendy from time to time. Joey didn't seem to care however as , even though he had obviously lost it, he was still capable of doing his job. Which was good enough for him.

Susie is the voice actress of Alice Angel. She's known as "The Woman of Many Voices" and has voiced everything from talking chairs to dancing chickens. She is a very kind and understanding person and is somewhat like the motherly figure of the workplace. She gives the guys advice, tries to help them out and even helped Sammy write one or two songs. She thoroughly believed that Alice was the character that was going to make her famous. She even thought she would be a star like Bendy.
