Yes this needs much explaining, you see one thing I forgot to mention about Striker and Shield and it is that they discriminate against pokemon that have 1) birth defects, are 2) shinny, have 3) unnatural tattoos (this includes hair dye) or stupid looking human clothing. The birth defect and shinny because it's not natural and just odd to them. The other stuff because they're pokemon not human they shouldn't have to have this stuff on them.

They will insult and taunt if they encounter. Mikhail or Captain don't entirely approve of their actions, but neither do anything about it. Well Mikhail doesn't. If the two were to insult and the victim fought back Captain wouldn't interfere but if the pokemon is shy and honestly get's it's feelings hurt about the matter then Captain will shock them to make sure they stop.

Absol = the red dye
Croconaw, and Ursaring = clothing they would find stupid
Sanslash = birth defect with the horn on his head
