Ain't sure about the lore about this character, arc, whatever this might be, but this colors on this are absolutely beautiful. Again, can't tell if that's Rose or nothing, but they are GOOD looking.

It's basically an alternate timeline/dimension whatever of Rose, although I admit the lore has changed so much in the past few years.
