Great fanart of Rina!
I'm not a fan of the series but many many years ago I kind of was interested in the concept since it looked like a Sailor Moon clone, added with J-Pop and mermaids.
I like the more serious, calm, cool and introverted characters so Rina was the most likeable to me.
Too cool that I immediately recognized her in the thumbnail of your fanart already
