Hmm...tough question. Since Cell and Freeza are both stubborn as Hell itself, they'll probably just kill each other.

hmmm, I'd put cell's arm (the one underneath freeza's( above it to put more into the move,(plus if one where to add the upward movement of cell's leg and the downward movement of his arm that would make a force enough to break) the arm doesn't seem to be doing much other than unequilizing the contact of his knee. Other than that, Very nice movement >.> cept for the bg. maybe a little less iris showing in cell's left eye, bring his brow down to match the other one.
