10) Professor Hubert J. Fransworth: A senile, but still genius Scientist. But the others are much smarter than him now (IMO).

09) Dr. Crygor (Wario Ware): The Inventor of Mike the Robot and other Inventions (which don't always work as he wants sometimes).

His Grandaughter Penny is also a Genius.

08) Professor Hiroshi Agasa: The Genius who creates a lot of Gadgets for Conan aka Shinichi.

07) Dr. Umataro Tenma and Professor Hiroshi Ochanomizu: One created Astro Boy and the other upgraded him. Both are Geniuses at the Subject "Robotics".

06) Anthony "Tony" Stark aka Iron Man: Like he says it himself: "Genius, Billionaire, Playboy, Philantropist". He created not only 1Iron Man Armors, he created a lot and the War Machine Armor too (at least in the MCU) Yup, Tony is truly a Genius.

05) Mr. Terrific (Michael Holt): He is said to be the SMARTEST Person (at least in Justice League Action) and he is the Inventor of the T-Spheres and other Inventions to help the People.

04) Rick Sanchez (Rick and Morty): He fits the "crazy Genius" Scientist Type perfect and everyone who sawed this Cartoon knows why hes here.

03) Dr. Neo Cortex (Crash Bandicoot Games): The Creator of Crash and the Evolo-Ray and other Creations. Also a crazy, but still brilliant Scientist.

02) Dr. Ivo Robotnik (Sonic Games): If your IQ Is 500, you know you are smart but he invented the Badnicks, the Death Egg and Metal Sonic to name just few of his Inventions... still he can't stop a Hedgehog who runs faster than the Speed of Sound...

01) Tie between Dr. Cossak, Dr Wily and Dr. Light (All 3 are from Megaman): These 3 are for me the biggest Geniuses ever. All of them are skilled in creating Robots and while Dr. Wily wants to rule the World, Dr. Light wants it to make a better Place. Dr. Cossack got tricked by Dr. Wily, but helped Mega Man. Dr. Cossack built the 8 Robots (and Beat), Dr. Wily created the Robots in Mega Man 2, 3, 5, 7, 8 and 10 and Dr Lightcreated Proto Man (with Dr Wily), Mega Man, Rush, Roll. the Robot Masters in Mega Man 1 (And his Remake Powered up), Mega Man 9, Mega Man 11... man, these are the biggest Geniuses ever!
