Those feels. I was sort of the opposite though. I had an undercut with bright pink hair (or blue for a while... or half pink half green for a while after that), but had to make it normal to GET a job. Well, as normal as I can get. It was white blonde with cropped back and sides, that's about as normal as I get. Cutting the length off my long side killed me though; it was down to my shoulder when straight, longer than it's been in years.
Then I got a job, shaved the back and sides to 5mm and dyed it turquoise (after getting permission from my purple haired boss, of course).

No, nothing like that. I don't have enough hair for that, and I couldn't grow it out long enough to donate it (you need at least 12 inches I think). I just have a particular hair style I want to do once I'm not working in such an uptight office setting.
