Description
This is the picture ~Hi3ei requested for my picture-giveaway-spree dealy. She just wanted Mario and Princess Peach. So I drew Mario giving Peach a pretty bouquet of mushrooms before they go out on a date.

I had a lot of fun making the background look like the old side-scrolling games.

When I was coloring, I messed up royally. I acidentally merged the Outlines layer with all the color layers, so when I went to do the shading, I got the lineart in there too. That's a bad thing, and makes it very difficult to stay inside the lines. But by the time I realized what I'd done, it was waaaaay too late to go back and fix it. So I had to make do. But it still turned out good, so I'm happy.

[edit]: Peach's left (our right) eye is too high. But I'm lazy, so I'm not going to fix it. But I am aware of the problem.
