my OC Maple xD been quite a while since i last drawn her :3 Β Βomg i just checked and it's more than 1 year of actually drawing and colouring her O_O that sakura drawing
this file was in my laptop for 3 months already orz finally finished it... always distracted and end up sketching something else when i'm holding my tablet :T
also 5ever lazy with backgrounds ._.
edit: tried fixing it to make it less blurry

Ahh I love this! The colors are so soft and the textures you used fit together so nicely! Haha and her assorted bunny charms are to die for! I wish I had some like that.
I'd suggest adding more wrinkles to her jeans though, even skinny jeans don't fit perfectly onto people's legs. They bend and fold according to how people's legs are positioned. Also you did a great job with the hair, but it looks like it's blowing in the opposite direction to me. The background show the leaves being blown to the right, but her hair is being blown to the left.
Anyway, I just wanted to say you did a great job with this piece, and your OC Maple is so cute!

yes i think there should be more wrinkles as well... need to practice drawing jeans
the hair i didn't think of it as blowing... the left part like her natural look with tied up and the right part i think i altered the shape since it touches her body...

I like the colors too,they are a bit brighter! As for improving,the whole pic looks kinda blurry. you might wanna fix that and you could try doing more detailed hair c: Β But overall I really like this.

haha I actually love jeans and shorts too (thats like the only thing i wear irl) They are just hard to draw sometimes XD
I see,well yeah,if you change the size of things,it can blurr it,so it's best to do these adjustments before doing the lineart and coloring. and also use a big canvas size.

lol i quite like wearing skirts in real life... ya... i find it more difficult to draw than dresses/skirts but for some of my OCs i just feel like they would like shorts/jeans lolΒ
