Er... lol i just wanted to draw fanart of these two and then play with filters...D: But god i didn't want to go thru the effort of doing the background so.... yess it is pretty unfinished.
LOL originally this was a picture of drunk!Kaiba.... and now it isn't LOL. Kaiba's expression is so OC. XD

Just keep practicing with the tablet. Keep in mind that the eraser is just as important as the brush when you wanna get clean lines. Don't ever think you're like "cheating" by using digital tools because those tools are just there to compensate for the lack of dexterity you have with a pencil irl.

Sai has smoother lines but that's for pussies lol. You can get clean lines with PS with practice and it's way more versatile.

Sai is a good program but you can do a lot more with Photoshop. Plus, if you practice becoming precise with PS, you'll be more precise in general.
Yeah you can definitely do those in PS too. The colors are nice but I'd encourage you to try more developed and defined backgrounds. You already make em more defined than that. That's just me though.

Ah I"m glad. I guess working in Photoshop is kind of like running with weights. Once you get really fast with weights, you're kind of unstoppable.
