He didn't. There was to much going on. I mean, he doesn't know what happened, who he are and where he is and then he got attacked by a girl. Why would he give attention to some item he is carring around?Β
Until now Yaro is like an unwritten piece of paper with his wiped out memory. He will get more character in time. But I won't spoil anything, 'cause there is one personality trait or let's say some kind of driving force to him, that will be revealed much later.
Are talking about the hatching or the tones? Anyway - thank you. And I think you're doing well. I like the way you use tones plus you manage to chose the right colors/tones for your characters wether it's for clothings or objects. Especially with the dark look your characters have that really adds up to the atmosphere.
