Just a Kagerou Project fanart idea. Since IA sings the songs, she is basically the 'storyteller' or the narrator of the whole Kagerou story.
Oh god, it has such an 'Outer Science' feeling to it, maybe she is singing that? XDD
It was tough to draw her hair and all, so please don't mind it much, haha.
I also decided to give her red eyes >u> Since the black snake represents the eye powers and all, yup
